We decided to use SIM Software for our 2 businesses and to setup for a client who is the president of a community group.  We like the setup of the system, it is really easy to setup and the support is great.  We wanted to virtualize our paper intake form to automate our intake process more - we can now collect client information virtually and keep it all together and imported into the client profile.  It's convenient to be able to break down clients and customers in separate or sub portals so we can share information at various levels.  This system really is all in one!  I can't think of what it's missing yet and am very excited about its potential as we expand our business.  Their support was really quick in responding to our questions if we got stuck with something.  The only thing left we have to do is to import a few of our contracts for digital signatures, which they offered to assist with.  We originally wanted our existing payment processing integrated but ended up switching to their payment processing and saved a ton of money.  Our payments are now integrated into our system properly!  You should really use this software for your business processing, operations and management - YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!
